Living in Paradise

Oceania III was part of the first luxury high-rise beachfront development project in Sunny Isles Beach. The construction was completed in 1991. Prior to the Oceania Complex project, Sunny Isles Beach was a sleepy strip of 1950’s era motels.  The Oceania Complex put Sunny Isles Beach on the map.  Once developers realized the success of our development, they began to acquire the motels and now Sunny Isles Beach is an internationally renowned destination for vacations, second homes and full-time residents.
